📱 Important Reminder About Appointment Texts
Some of our patients have let us know they aren't receiving appointment reminders and other important text messages from our office.
There is currently a known issue affecting some iPhone and Android devices that may cause these messages to be automatically placed in your Spam, Junk, or Unknown Senders folder instead of your regular text messages.
If you're expecting a reminder from Physicians to Children & Adolescents and don't see it, please take a moment to check those folders.
A few tips that may help:
✅ Save our texting number as a contact in your phone.
✅ Make sure the number isn't blocked.
✅ If you find one of our messages in Spam or Junk, mark it as "Not Spam."
✅ Restarting your phone may also help.
We're sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue affecting messaging services, and the vendor is working with Apple and Google on a resolution.
