for individuals to seek the restoration of self which includes: self love, understanding and acceptance. Agency Description: We are a licensed “non-medical non-hospital based alcohol and other drug abuse treatment program” licensed through the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. We are authorized by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Substance Abuse DUI program to provide assessment, education and treatment to DUI offenders.

I am so blown away by the outpouring of support & requests from people wanting to begin EMDR therapy with me.. I successfully enrolled several individuals this week and completed stage one for all of them. Two men, one female & two teenagers. Next week: the processing. That’s when the magic starts🤞🤞

Words can’t capture how honored I am that the people that I work with trust me enough to jump in a boat with me with no guarantees of the outcome.. That is the foundation of vulnerability and in my opinion, solid & tangible proof for so many of them that they are already healing..

I literally can not wait to get to the next phase, but am 💯 committed to respecting the process and following the flow 🙏

When I decided to enroll in the SuperMom competition it was on this random whim..  I thought what the hell I’ve never tried anything like that before.. this competition has actually taught me a lot, and I am in awe of how many people have been following me and supporting me through it.. today is the first day that voting has reopened for the quarterfinals level.. all voting has been reset back to zero for all the competitors.. So here we go 🔥🔥🔥💪💪💪
