😎 Happy National Sunglasses Day! ☀️

Sunglasses aren’t just a fashion accessory — they’re an important part of protecting your eye health!

Just like your skin, your eyes can be damaged by UV rays. Over time, too much UV exposure can increase your risk of cataracts, macular degeneration, growths on the eye, and even certain eye cancers.

When shopping for sunglasses, look for:
🕶️ 100% UVA & UVB protection
🕶️ UV400 lenses
🕶️ A comfortable fit that blocks light from the sides
🕶️ Polarized lenses to help reduce glare

And don’t forget — UV rays are present year-round, even on cloudy days, so your sunglasses should be an everyday essential, not just a summer accessory!
