Elite Nation Wellness is a boutique fitness and recovery studio located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, offering a comprehensive approach to health and movement. The studio provides a wide range of services, including group fitness classes; small-group and private training; yoga; indoor cycling; barre; Pilates-inspired strength training; 3D body scanning; infrared sauna; cold plunge therapy; compression recovery; open gym access; and wellness retreats. Originally operating as Wellbeloved Wellness, the studio has a long-standing presence in the local wellness community. Kayla began working at the studio in 2016 and, after more than a decade of experience within the space, purchased the business from the previous owner in 2022. Following the transition, she rebranded and completely revitalized the studio—expanding services, upgrading equipment, enhancing recovery offerings, and reimagining the overall client experience. Today, Elite Nation Wellness reflects that evolution: a modern, thoughtfully designed wellness destination focused on strength, longevity, recovery, and community.

A weekend well spent learning, moving, and growing. 🖤

Spent the weekend in New York training with BF Pilates, and I’m coming home feeling so inspired.

One of my favorite things about being an instructor is continuing to be a student. There’s always something new to learn, different ways to move, and opportunities to grow and evolve.

So grateful for the opportunity to continue my education and bring fresh ideas and inspiration back to Elite Nation.

And maybe a little something new making its way onto our schedule later this fall on the reformer… 👀

Results don’t come from doing the most. They come from showing up consistently.

You don’t need to work out every day or make your routine extreme. You just need to find something you love, something that feels good, and keep showing up for it week after week.

That’s exactly what our memberships are built for… giving you the flexibility to create a routine that fits YOUR life, while giving you the accountability to stick with it.

Find your routine. Stay consistent. Keep showing up.

Client Testimonial 🤩

“Elite Nation Wellness is so much more than a gym. It truly feels like a one-stop shop for fitness and wellness. There’s such a variety from strength training, pilates, barre, yoga and cycling to personal training and open gym, plus recovery options like the infrared sauna, cold plunge and compression. What I love most is the atmosphere. It’s intimate, welcoming and never has that overwhelming ‘big gym’ feeling. The class sizes are also perfect! You can tell there’s so much thought behind everything they offer, and the community makes you actually look forward to showing up. There really is something for everyone here!”
