CVHHH President & CEO Sandy Rousse is leading CEO Quarterly Updates this week to share exciting developments happening across the agency with staff.

Presentations include discussion of CVHHH's transition to a new, updated electronic health record, or EHR, a digital platform that stores essential patient and organizational information in one secure, integrated system. The new EHR will utilize tablets and streamline documentation to better support home health and hospice workflow. Quarterly Updates provide an opportunity for staff to share in updates like these and better understand major strategic initiatives that drive their day-to-day work.

In fall 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Alex Boguzewski organized a parade for first responders that brought together emergency, fire, and police departments from across Central Vermont. He didn’t seek recognition – instead, he quietly handed out donuts from the Wayside to thank participants without taking credit for his efforts.

“It wasn’t just big, splashy moments like the parade, but everyday acts of kindness that Alex brought to his CVHHH colleagues and into his clients’ homes,” writes Sandy Rousse, CVHHH President & CEO, in our Summer Appeal.

Please consider making a gift today in support of compassionate care for all Central Vermonters. Donate here: www.cvhhh.org/donate.

Delivering care to Central Vermonters in their homes – where they want to be – builds resiliency and keeps people connected to their communities. This matters to our patients and our staff.

Alex Boguzewski is the focus of CVHHH’s Summer Appeal, written by CVHHH’s President and CEO, Sandy Rousse. His care for the members of our community was evident in how he approached his work and his life. Sandy’s appeal letter offers a glimpse of what Alex stood for during his life and what our staff stand for today.
