📕✨ One of the most easily accessible books on trauma I’ve come across. This read helps us understand how our experiences shape our brains, behaviors, and relationships… but my favorite part as a therapist? the trauma informed shift in language that I preach about!! Its not anything WRONG… it’s what’s happened. Its past experiences. It’s all full circle.
