Golf is a rotational sport. Your swing is only as efficient as your body’s ability to rotate, stabilize, and move without compensation.

One of the most common patterns we see in golfers:

• Limited thoracic mobility
• Lower back working overtime to create rotation
• Hip restrictions limiting the backswing

Dr. Rose Gager of Dr. Rose Wellness Center brings a depth of expertise in women’s health and functional medicine that is rare — and her ability to translate complex physiology into practical, useful guidance is exactly what makes an evening like this valuable rather than simply informative.
