Has getting back into a fall routine also brought back that familiar neck or shoulder tightness?
Between work, driving, workouts, school schedules, and more time at a computer, September can mean a noticeable change in how much time we spend sitting—or how much stress we place on the neck and shoulders.
At Wellness Oasis, I don’t assume that every case of neck pain needs the same treatment. We start with an examination to determine what may be contributing to the problem.
Depending on what we find, care may include chiropractic treatment, targeted exercise, soft-tissue techniques, ergonomic or activity recommendations, and sometimes dry needling.
Dry needling can be one option for certain muscular and myofascial problems, but it isn’t right for every patient.
If neck or shoulder discomfort is beginning to interfere with work, exercise, or everyday activity, we can help you determine which conservative treatment options may be appropriate.
