We haven’t posted in awhile…just wanted to let everyone know that there is a lot going on behind the scenes! We are working on credentialing and getting the office ready for patients! Still shooting for an opening date of 10/6, provided we are in network with at least some insurances by that time. The phone line and self scheduling option on the website are both operational. If you are an existing patient or have never seen me before, the schedule is open to get your appointment on the books! if you have any trouble with the self scheduling either on the phone or online, please call the office at 918-840-0411 and leave us a detailed message with your name, date of birth, phone number and email address as well as reason for appointment, and we will reach out as soon as we can!
