✨ A New Chapter ✨

I’m incredibly excited to share that I’m starting my doctorate program in acupuncture and Chinese medicine!
This has been a dream of mine since I graduated with my master’s degree in 2016. After nearly a decade of practicing, learning, growing, and caring for so many wonderful patients, I’m finally getting the opportunity to pursue that dream.
And I am BEYOND excited to dive deeper into the ancient foundational teachings of the medicine I have dedicated my career to.
Going back to school after years of clinical practice will undoubtedly challenge me, but I’m so excited for the journey. I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge and ultimately bringing what I learn back into my practice and to my patients.
A dream nearly a decade in the making… and it’s finally happening. ❤️
Here’s to being a student again, embracing the challenge, honoring the roots of this medicine, and continuing to grow.

✨ 5 YEARS OF TWISTED ROOT ACUPUNCTURE ✨

Today marks 5 years since I opened the doors to Twisted Root Acupuncture, and my heart is so incredibly full.
Five years ago, I took a leap of faith and started building the practice I had always dreamed of. I could never have imagined all of the people I would meet, the stories I would hear, the healing I would witness, and the relationships that would grow along the way.
I am beyond thankful for every single patient who has trusted me with their health and their healing. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey, for trusting me, for recommending me to your friends and family, and for continuing to support my little business.
I truly get to live my dream every day. I get to help people feel better, support them through some of the most challenging seasons of their lives, and witness moments of healing that remind me exactly why I chose this path.
Twisted Root Acupuncture would not be what it is without all of you. Your support has allowed me to build a career that I genuinely love and a practice that feels like so much more than a business.
So today, I am celebrating 5 years with an incredibly grateful heart. 🥹❤️

I’m so excited to have added my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 certificates to the wall alongside my Eastern medicine diplomas.
This is another modality that I’m incredibly excited to now offer as an option for my patients. Reiki has been such a meaningful part of my own journey, and I’m grateful to be able to incorporate this gentle energy work into my practice.
A huge thank you to my amazing Reiki teacher, Linda Meadors, for sharing her knowledge, guidance, and wisdom with me. I’m so grateful to have learned from you!
