Some days, our minds carry more than our hearts were ever meant to hold—the worries, the what-ifs, the unanswered questions, and the things we simply cannot control. 💜

Philippians 4:6–7 gives us a beautiful invitation: exchange worry for prayer.

Bring God what is weighing on your heart. Tell Him what you need. Thank Him for the ways He has already been faithful. And then trust Him with what you cannot see, change, or understand.

Prayer doesn’t mean we have all the answers. It means we know the One who does. 🙏

And there is a beautiful promise that follows: as we bring our hearts to God, His peace meets us there.

Today, whatever you are carrying…

Give Him the worry.
Give Him the fear.
Give Him the uncertainty.
