I can’t say enough good things about Eddie Modestini’s teaching. 🙏

His approach to backbending and spinal health has helped me open my back in ways I honestly didn’t think were possible. What I love most is that his teaching is both deeply intelligent and incredibly accessible. Every technique has a purpose, and the results speak for themselves.

🎶 Kids Movement + Music 🎶Starting this Saturday + Sunday from 10–11am at Old Town Yoga

A playful hour of movement, music, yoga, dance, rhythm, imagination, and FUN for potty-trained kids who are ready for an independent class experience. We’ll stretch, shake, move like animals, play instruments, and build confidence through creative play and mindful movement. 🌈✨

Perfect for energetic little ones who love to move, groove, and explore.
