đź”— Be Exquisitely You, Inside & Out After battling for nearly a decade with health problems, I discovered and fell in love with functional medicine. I had to dig deep to determine the root cause of my health issues and knew if the healthcare system had failed me, it was

likely failing others. I returned to school to become a nurse practitioner and study functional medicine so I could help women find the root cause of their health problems and reclaim their lives! My mission is to renew energy and mental clarity, revive health and vitality, and restore cellular function so you can live a vivacious life!

When women talk to me about weight gain, it’s rarely the only thing they’re experiencing.

As we keep talking, I often hear about changes in sleep, energy, cravings, digestion, recovery, muscle mass, or hormones too.

That’s why I don’t just focus on the number on the scale.

I’m interested in the pattern.

Because understanding why your body has changed often leads to a very different conversation than simply trying to lose weight.

Your body is constantly providing information.

The question is whether we’re looking at the whole picture.

DM WEIGHT if your body feels different and you’d like to understand what may be contributing.

You are so much more than the symptoms you’ve been managing.

A diagnosis can be an important part of your health story. But it doesn’t tell me everything I need to know about you.

I want to know what has changed, how you’re feeling, what symptoms are affecting your life, what your labs show, and what pieces may still be missing.

Because my goal isn’t just better lab numbers.

It’s helping you have more energy, think clearly, sleep better, feel stronger, and understand what’s happening in your body.

A diagnosis may be part of your story. It doesn’t have to become the entire story.

DM CLARITY if you’re ready to look beyond the label and start connecting the dots.

There is a cost to spending years managing symptoms without understanding what’s driving them.

Not just financially.

It’s the plans you cancel because you’re exhausted.
The workouts you no longer enjoy because your energy isn’t there.
The brain fog that makes you question yourself.
The digestion that makes travel stressful.
The sleep that never feels restorative.

And often, the hardest part is slowly accepting that this is simply who you are now.

But persistent symptoms deserve curiosity.

Not because every symptom means something serious is wrong.

Because symptoms are information.

They may be some of the earliest clues that something in your physiology has changed.

The goal isn’t to become obsessed with your health.

It’s to understand it well enough that you can get back to living your life.

DM READY if you’re tired of managing symptoms and ready to start looking for answers.

Receiving a diagnosis can be validating.

It can provide clarity, direction, and an explanation for what you’ve been experiencing.

But a diagnosis is often the beginning of the conversation, not the end.

Whether it’s anxiety, IBS, insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, or another condition, I still want to understand what may be contributing to the bigger picture.

Because treating a diagnosis and investigating the factors influencing it can happen at the same time.

A diagnosis provides information.

Curiosity helps us understand the pattern.

DM CLARITY if you’ve been given a diagnosis but still feel like pieces of the puzzle are missing.

09/01/2026

A diagnosis can be an important piece of the puzzle.

But it doesn’t always explain why you’re still experiencing fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, constipation, poor sleep, or low energy.

That’s why I don’t stop at the diagnosis.

I start asking better questions.

What’s happening with iron, nutrient status, blood sugar, hormones, inflammation, sleep, gut health, and the rest of the picture?

Because a diagnosis tells us what has been identified.

It doesn’t always tell us why you still don’t feel well.

DM DEEPER if you’re following the plan but still feel like you’re missing part of the story.

Receiving a diagnosis can be validating.

It can finally give a name to what you’ve been experiencing.

But a diagnosis is only one piece of the story.

It tells us what has been identified not always why it developed, what may be contributing, or which other systems could be involved.

That’s why functional medicine looks beyond the diagnosis itself.

Because you’re not a diagnosis.

You’re a whole person with symptoms, history, lifestyle, physiology, and goals.

And all of that matters when it comes to understanding how you feel.

DM ANSWERS if you’ve received a diagnosis but still feel like you’re missing pieces of the puzzle.

The women I worry about most are often the ones who keep pushing through.

They keep functioning.
Keep showing up.
Keep managing.

And because they’re still getting everything done, they assume they’re fine.

But the body is incredibly good at compensating until it isn’t.

You don’t have to wait until your symptoms become impossible to ignore or your labs are dramatically abnormal before you start asking questions.

If your energy has changed, your recovery feels different, your brain feels foggy, or you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, that’s worth paying attention to.

The goal isn’t to wait for a diagnosis.
It’s to understand what your body may have been compensating for all along.

Because the best strategy comes after we understand the physiology.

DM CLARITY if you’re ready to start connecting the dots.
