Move, breathe, learn, process, and nourish your soul.

Learn how to lead your family from your head and heart as we explore the 10 Pillars of Empowered Consciousness Parenting. Grow your resilience, presence, and awareness in motherhood through guided yoga, mediation, and journaling.

This circle is held as a sacred pause for mothers. Childcare is not provided; however, nursing babies are welcome. We invite you, if you can, to come alone and give yourself the gift of full presence

Join Nash for a 2-hour immersive introduction to the chakra system — the body’s energetic centers connected to our emotions, nervous system, physical body, and overall well-being.

In this workshop, we will explore:
✨ The 7 chakras and their meanings
✨ associated colors, elements, crystals, organs, emotions, and body areas
✨ signs of energetic imbalance
✨ simple ways to bring the body back into harmony through awareness, intention, visualization, affirmations, and grounding practices

This experience is designed to feel approachable, educational, and deeply restorative — whether you are completely new to chakras or wanting to reconnect with your energetic body more intentionally.

The evening will include:
💎 crystals + essential oils
🌈 chakra visualization and integration
🧘 guided Yoga Nidra for energetic balance
🎶 a grounding sound bath for deep rest and nervous system regulation

No experience needed. Just come as you are
