A Ritual Gathering for Release, Renewal & Embodiment
This Full Moon Circle & Ecstatic Dance is a guided experience that blends intention, reflection, ritual, breath, sound, and movement. It is a time and space to release what no longer serves you and embody what you’re ready to welcome next.
What to Expect
Intention Setting & Introductions
We begin by grounding into the space and connecting as a group. You’ll be gently guided to set an intention for the evening while feeling supported within a shared circle.
Cosmic Teachings: Understanding the Current Energies
We explore the collective themes unfolding in the cosmos and how they may show up in daily life, emotions, and relationships. These teachings offer clarity and context without requiring any prior astrology knowledge.
Journaling & Release
Through guided journaling prompts, you’ll reflect inward and identify what you’re ready to let go of, such as old patterns, emotional weight, or stories that no longer align.
Collective Burn Ritual
We will gather in a shared ritual of release. This collective burn honors the power of community, transforming individual intentions into a unified act of letting go and renewal.
Ecstatic Dance: Embodiment & Integration
We will move our bodies with ecstatic dance, a free-form, judgment-free movement experience. This is an invitation to express, release, and embody your intentions through the body, allowing joy, freedom, and presence to lead.
Breathwork & Sound Bath
You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork followed by a nourishing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, move energy through the body, and support deep relaxation and integration.
This Circle Is For You If You’re Ready To:
• Release emotional or energetic heaviness
• Feel more grounded, present, and connected
• Gain insight into current life themes without needing astrology knowledge
• Experience ritual and healing in a supportive community
• Move your body freely and reconnect with joy

All levels welcome — beginners encouraged

Introduction to the use of mudra and mantra.

In Sanskrit, mudra means seal, mark, or gesture and is most often performed with the hands and fingers. It represents a specific attitude, energy, or intention. When used in yoga, it is often paired with pranayama (breathing) to influence the flow of prana (energy).

Mantra is a word, phrase, or sound repeated regularly to focus the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate positivity in life. Mantra originates from ancient spiritual traditions in Hinduism and Buddhism but is widely used today across cultures for mindfulness and personal growth. Extensive research has shown that one specific mantra (Kirtan Kriya) has demonstrated an increase in activity in specific areas of the brain.

Class will focus on the use of a few common mudras and their intentions. The mantras presented in class are some of the most common and/or the most effective in focusing the mind.

Class will contain a short discussion, gentle movement, breath work, and meditation. The class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
