Therapy Care is hosting a Reading Workshop at our clinic located in Batavia for children ages 1-3 years old and their caregivers!

The workshop will be led by a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist who specializes in pediatric speech and language development.

Bring your child to experience sensory activities organized by our occupational therapist aimed at providing experiences and activities for individuals with sensory processing/integration difficulties. Come dressed to make a mess! Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty as our tactile play will be hands on. Join your child in exploring different sensory system experiences and learn how these activities help your child. You will be with your child throughout the night so come ready to play. Good quality playtime is essential for child development.

Improve the quality of your child’s play by trying a toy rotation!

A toy rotation system can help:
-Reduce clutter
-Improve a child’s focus during play
-Encourage more creative play
-Easier clean up
-Reduced overwhelm (for grown ups and kids!)
-Kids get to look forward to “rotation day” when they get “new” toys!

Oftentimes, if there are too many toys to choose from, all the toys get taken out but none really get played with for more than a minute. Reduce the decision fatigue and make your child’s toys seem like new every few days or weeks by doing a toy rotation.
