Fox Valley's 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training In addition, you will be able to skillfully address and assist the individuality and the uniqueness of each student. This is a healing Yoga training.

This Yoga Teacher Training will help you grow into a Yoga teacher that is able to lead a group or individual seeker on the Yogic path from a place of a well-rounded knowledge of Yoga fundamentals, daily Yoga living & inner wisdom. This training will help you grow into a Yoga teacher that is able to lead a group or an individual seeker on the Yogic path from a place of a well-rounded knowledge of Y

oga fundamentals, daily Yoga living and inner wisdom as a result from a well-established personal daily Yoga practice and personal experience. You will be exposed to the transformational aspects of the practice while developing a deeper connection and understanding of your highest potential and a realization of your authentic Self. Due to this orientation you can live your Yoga with trust, courage and fearlessness because you’ve learned that it is worth the dedication, discipline and challenges and because it serves your well-being and the well-being of the world to do so. This training relies heavily on wisdom held in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and Hatha Yoga Pradipika by Swami Swatmarama. These provide the structure of authentic essential teachings in Yoga science, theory and philosophy. Sept 14th 2022 - May 17th 2023
