I wanted to share a quick update and ask for a little patience and grace over the next several days. I am currently recovering from pneumonia and will be taking some much-needed time to rest and allow my body to heal.

I will respond to messages, scheduling needs, and other business matters as I am able, but response times may be a little slower than usual. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience while I focus on getting well so I can return feeling like myself again. 💛

First, THANK YOU. The support, referrals, and trust our community continues to show this practice means more than words can express. ❤️

At this time, our schedule is currently full and we do have an active waitlist for new clients. Unfortunately, the current estimated wait time for new appointments may be approximately 3–6 months.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand how discouraging it can feel when you’re ready to seek support and have to wait. Mental health care matters, and we never want anyone to feel overlooked.

If you are needing services sooner, we strongly encourage reaching out to other wonderful providers in our area who may have earlier availability. Your healing is the priority — even if it’s not with us right now. 💙

Sometimes life doesn’t just “throw a curveball”… sometimes it throws a completely flat tire. 🫠🛞

One minute you’re cruising through your plans, and the next you’re stuck on the side of the road wondering how things went sideways so fast.

Life’s little hiccups can feel frustrating, inconvenient, and overwhelming — but they don’t mean you’re failing. They’re just reminders that being human comes with detours, delays, and unexpected pauses.

Take a breath. Ask for help if you need it. Patch what you can. Rest when you need to. Then keep moving forward. 💛

At Evolve Therapy Solutions, we know healing and growth rarely happen without a few bumps in the road along the way.

P.S. I’ll be out of the office today… apparently my tire needed a mental health day too. 🚗💨

March is Social Work Month — and I’m incredibly proud to be a social worker.

When people hear “social worker,” they often think of just one setting. But social workers serve in so many spaces:

Social workers meet people in their most vulnerable moments — and walk alongside them with compassion, advocacy, and evidence-based care.

I became a social worker because I believe people deserve to be heard, supported, and empowered — especially during life’s hardest seasons. I’ve always been drawn to the “why” behind behavior and the resilience people carry, even when they don’t see it in themselves.

Being an LCSW means I get to:
