Today, I was reminded of the amazing opportunity to be a small town Mississippi Doc! As I walked in a couple stores in Batesville today, I saw several patients. “Hey Doc!” “Dr. Alvarez, I’m feeling so much better!” While I’m absolutely terrible with some people’s names… 🫣… I know their face and their story! The story of the health journey we have taken together… both theirs and mine… the story of the their heartache 💔… and the story of their sunrises! 🌅

Today, I say thank you! Thank you for trusting me with not just your health but your family’s health! Thank you for being apart of our family!

At Alvarez Family Medical, we are committed to continuing to provide quality, compassionate, and accessible care to our patients and families. Due to the rising costs of medical supplies, services, and overall operational expenses, there will be a small increase in membership pricing and flat rate fees beginning today for new members. Current members will see the increase in pricing beginning 7/1/2026.

This decision was not made lightly, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your support and trust in our clinic mean so much to us, and we remain dedicated to serving our community with the personalized care you deserve.
