Employee Spotlight: Evan McLean

Evan is 21 years old and has been part of the Bryant's team since January. He is currently a sophomore at UACCB, where he's pursuing a degree in Business.

One of Evan's favorite parts of his job is getting out into the community and meeting new people while making deliveries. He enjoys building connections and helping our patients with a smile.

When he's not working or studying, you'll likely find him watching sports, especially NFL football, spending time with friends, or relaxing with a fishing pole in hand.

We're grateful to have Evan on our team and appreciate the positive attitude and excellent service he brings to Bryant's Pharmacy every day!

Employee spotlight Lillian King!

Lillian has been a member of the Bryant's Pharmacy family as a clerk since 2025. She loves the opportunities to connect with the community that come with working at the pharmacy.

In her free time, she enjoys karaoke with her friends and spending time with her family. She adores theatre and loves to participate in productions whenever possible!

Lillian has just graduated from Batesville High School and will be attending UACCB for the next 2 years. She then plans to continue her journey elsewhere to become a mental health therapist.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Ava Fitch 🌟

This week, we're excited to introduce Ava Fitch!

Ava joined the Bryant's Pharmacy family in 2024 as a pharmacy clerk and has since expanded her role by training to assist as a pharmacy technician. Her willingness to learn and help wherever she's needed makes her a valued member of our team!

When she's not at the pharmacy, Ava enjoys reading, mud riding, and kayaking. She's also a junior at the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, where she's studying Radiography with the goal of becoming an ultrasound technologist.

At home, Ava is a proud cat mom and enjoys spending time with her family.

We're proud to have Ava on our team and can't wait to see all she accomplishes—both here at Bryant's Pharmacy and in her future healthcare career. Be sure to say hello the next time you see her around the pharmacy!

Employee Spotlight: Greta Jones!

Greta has been a valued member of the Bryant's Pharmacy family for 3½ years. She is one of our dedicated Pharmacy Technicians, and she also plays an important role in assisting patients in our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Department, helping ensure they receive the care and equipment they need.

Outside of work, Greta is a senior in college studying psychology with the goal of becoming a clinical psychologist. We're incredibly proud of her dedication to both her career and her education, and we know she has a bright future ahead.

When she's not at the pharmacy or studying, Greta enjoys spending time with her girlfriend, family, and friends. She's also a proud pet parent to a dog and a tortoise, and she loves spending time in the kitchen cooking and trying new recipes.

Thank you, Greta, for your hard work, compassion, and commitment to our patients and our team. We appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have you as part of the Bryant's Pharmacy family!
