Meet Mary “Cathy” Chandler, FNP-C.
We are pleased to introduce Cathy Chandler, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee.

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Cathy and her husband, Derek, raised their two sons in Southaven, Mississippi. Her nursing career includes experience in women’s health, urology, cardiovascular care, and urgent care providing her with a well-rounded clinical background and a strong foundation for caring for patients with a variety of healthcare needs.

Cathy is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

Cathy is now accepting primary care patients while continuing to treat urgent care patients as well. She looks forward to taking care of all of your healthcare needs.

With more than 30 years of nursing experience, including 20 years as a Nurse Practitioner, Loretta Smith, FNP-C, brings extensive clinical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare. Her career includes 10 years in primary care and emergency medicine and 10 years in urgent care, giving her extensive experience caring for patients with both ongoing and acute healthcare needs.

Loretta is excited to return to primary care while continuing to provide urgent care services. She values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients, understand their individual health concerns, and provide comprehensive, personalized care. Whether managing long-term health needs or treating an unexpected illness or injury, Loretta is committed to providing timely, compassionate care when patients need it most.

❤️ Outside of the office, Loretta enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her granddaughter, traveling, photography, and creating beautiful handmade wreaths.
