Self-worth is foundational. It influences how we see ourselves, the relationships we create, the choices we make, and what we believe is possible for our lives.

Many of the blocks and barriers we experience (self-doubt, people-pleasing, comparison, overgiving, fear, and seeking validation) can be rooted in how worthy we believe we are. In this Breathwork class we will create space to release old beliefs and patterns and reconnect with the truth:

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You don't have to prove your value.

Come breathe, release, and reconnect with your inherent worth.

Our goal is to be a part of that change. As we use systems of healing that see the body as one whole organism (body, mind, and soul/spirit), we seek to support the body's innate healing ability. Sometimes, the seemingly small efforts can make a lasting change.
