Tammy goes above and beyond every day for her patients and her coworkers. She is attentive to her patients’ needs, treating each person with kindness, dignity, and compassion. She is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed, and her dedication to providing exceptional care never goes unnoticed.

Patients and fellow coworkers are constantly bragging about how wonderful Tammy is—and it’s easy to see why! What truly stands out is the genuine care she has for everyone around her, not just her patients, but her coworkers as well!

Tammy is dependable, hardworking, and an incredible teammate! She contributes so much to the environment on the floor, especially during our weekend night shifts, and always makes those around her feel supported. She does these things consistently and without seeking recognition.

She is the kind of person who makes a difficult day a little easier and a patient’s experience a little better simply by being there. Tammy truly embodies what it means to be “Extraordinary Every Day.” 🐝

• Use a nickname or no name at all.
• Keep the background simple and free of identifying details.

• Photograph in front of your school, street signs, or house numbers.
• Include your child’s full name, age, grade, teacher’s name, or school name.
• Share details that could identify where your child goes to school.
