One of my favorite parts of having this practice is getting to know the people who walk through our doors. We had an issue at the office I couldn’t fix, and one of our patients who owns an HVAC business had it taken care of in 20 minutes. A small thing in his day, maybe, but a huge help in ours.

It got me thinking about how blessed we are by our patients and the ways they support us.

This is also why I love working with small business owners: we’re all working hard to take care of people, and it means a lot when we can help each other along the way.

Nobody wants to leave a doctor’s appointment and spend their lunch break in a pharmacy line.
