Six months out, and London already loves her result, but we’re not finished yet.
One of the most important things I remind rhinoplasty patients is that healing takes time. At six months, we can appreciate much of the change, but residual swelling, particularly through the tip, can continue to resolve and reveal more definition over the next several months.

For London, we’re also seeing the functional side of her rhinoplasty. After correcting her deviation, she noticed an improvement in her breathing almost immediately after surgery. We’ll continue watching her nose refine as she approaches the one-year mark.

And yes, she’s happy. I’d say that’s a pretty good six-month check-in.

Have filler and considering a facelift? It doesn’t automatically mean it needs to be dissolved first.

If existing filler is creating unwanted fullness, holding water, or sitting in an area that could interfere with surgery, dissolving it may make sense. If it’s serving its purpose and isn’t creating a problem, Dr. Perenack may choose to leave it alone.

It’s one more reason every Deep Plane Facelift plan starts with the individual patient, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Tired eyes can change the way the entire face looks, even when you don’t feel tired.

There’s a lot of detail behind what can look like a subtle rhinoplasty result.

For this patient, I performed a rhinoplasty along with excision of a skin lesion on the right side of the nasal tip.

With rhinoplasty, millimeters matter. The goal is to make thoughtful changes that improve the shape and proportion of the nose while keeping it in harmony with the rest of the face.

A facelift can address facial aging, but sometimes a facelift alone isn’t the whole answer.

For this patient, I performed a Deep Plane Facelift, endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty and ptosis repair, along with CO₂ resurfacing of the T-zone and a Morpheus8 series.

What I like about this result is how everything works together. We addressed facial and neck laxity, the position of the brow and upper eyelids, and skin quality rather than relying on one procedure to do it all.
She looks refreshed and rejuvenated, but most importantly, she still looks like herself.
