Cleanliness is something our MC families know we take seriously. 🫧 On Global Handwashing Day, we’re celebrating one of the simplest ways children and adults can help keep germs from spreading: soap, water, and a good 20-second scrub.

🔍🍁 Miss Kora's kiddos went on a hunt, a leaf hunt. Those leaves didn't stay on the ground long once they found the prettiest specimens.

Once their bags were filled, they brought them in to paint and stamp. They tried different colors, lifted leaves to see the prints, and each child ended up with a completely unique piece of artwork.

We love when our kiddos are not only excited about their environment, but they learn from it too!

No doubt, we all ask our children “How was your day?” And the response is usually “Good.”

But how do we find out the why from a young child?

Maybe ask a little differently, with one of these:

Who did you play with today?�
What made you laugh?
What was the most fun?
�Did anything make you feel sad?

Just keep asking & keep listening.

PS Sometimes the best conversations with your child happen on the car ride home. 🚗🩷

Happy first day of Fall y'all! Watch what the little drops do. 🍂

At first, our friends were just adding tiny drops of colored water to their fall leaves. But because there was olive oil on the laminated page, the water did not spread out like they expected. It sat there in all these bright little beads instead.

They kept adding more, moving them around, and watching closely to see what would happen next. And honestly, we were all a little mesmerized. 😊

A little olive oil, colored water, and some very curious little hands made for a pretty fun way to celebrate the first day of fall at Mother’s Choice!

Last week, our wonderful staff orchestrated their very own fall photo sessions... And they were all so precious! 🍂

Our little friends came dressed in their fall best and came to show out!

We may have found one of the coolest things you can do with a little milk, paper towel, dish soap, and some markers. 👀

The kids were SO into this one… Watching the colors move, spread, and change right in front of them had everybody wanting to see what would happen next.

And honestly… the adults were just as fascinated. 😂

No fancy equipment. No complicated setup. Just a simple experiment that turned into a whole lot of “WHOA!” moments. 🥛🎨

Bug hunt at the light table today! 🐜

They had to look closely to find the bugs and see what was hiding in the jar and were so excited every time they spotted one.

We had a lot of fun with this one!
