As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, I wanted to leave you with one final reminder: seeking support is not weakness, it is self-awareness, courage, and an investment in yourself.

In this video, I share what you can expect when beginning counseling services and why that first session doesn't have to be as intimidating as it may seem. Therapy is a collaborative space for growth, healing, support, and understanding.
