Congratulations to our October Employee of the Month, Katrina Broussard, PT!
Katrina consistently demonstrates the values that define Baton Rouge Rehab Hospital and serves as an outstanding ambassador for our organization. She has embraced some of our most challenging marketing territories and transformed them into thriving referral sources through dedication, relationship-building, and an unwavering commitment to patients and partners.

Over the past year, she has played a key role in expanding our presence across South Louisiana, particularly in developing referral pathways for both our Specialized Brain Injury Unit (SBIU) and general rehabilitation program. Her efforts have significantly increased our footprint and ensured that more patients have access to the specialized rehabilitation services they need.

Teamwork is evident in everything she does. She understands that our success is a collective effort and readily offers assistance wherever it is needed, helping others succeed while strengthening the organization as a whole.

Integrity is one of her defining qualities. She consistently strives to do the right thing, even when faced with difficult decisions. Her honesty, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practice help ensure that our community views BRRH as an organization they can trust with their loved ones during some of life's most challenging moments.
