If you’re having any issues with your glasses — whether they’re slipping, crooked, uncomfortable, too tight, or you can’t see clearly out of them — please let us know!

We know life happens and sometimes things get put off. But we want to remind you that our lab has a 60-day policy for certain issues, so the sooner you let us know about a problem, the better!

Once that 60-day window passes, our options for returns, exchanges, or corrections may be limited. We don’t want you to miss that window simply because life got busy! 🥰

So if something doesn’t feel or look right, don’t wait! Bring them in, give us a call, or stop by and let us take a look. We’re always happy to help! 👓❤️ Your vision and comfort matter to us!
