Care Center Behavioral Health was founded in 2002, by Licensed Professional Counselor, Veronica Griffith. As a former school teacher and counselor, Veronica Griffith noticed a large need in the community for children and adolescents struggling with behavior problems. Many children suffer from serious behavioral problems that affect academic performance, social interaction with others and their fam

ilies. Veronica Griffith started the Care Center to provide children with support, understanding, and treatment but most importantly, CARE. With the growing success of the Child and Adolescent program, Care Center expanded its services to include and Adult Outpatient Program to meet the growing needs of the community. We are committed to providing quality, medically necessary services to the Baton Rouge community and its surrounding areas. Veronica Griffith created a legacy of love, family and community. Care Center is dedicated and committed to carrying on this legacy and continue to fulfill Veronica Griffith's life long purpose.
