💙 Every child deserves a voice.

With many of the children we treat, difficulty speaking doesn’t mean they don’t have something to say. AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) gives children a way to share their thoughts, make choices, tell jokes, say “NO,” and communicate like the kids they are.

AAC can also be an important part of intensive therapy, giving children a voice while they work hard toward greater mobility, independence, and participation.

💙 HELLO, SEPTEMBER 💙

This month, we’re taking time to recognize, educate, and celebrate the incredible children and families whose journeys may look a little different.

Throughout September, we’ll be sharing about diagnoses, disabilities, communication differences, adaptive equipment, and—most importantly—the amazing KIDS behind all of it.

At Triform, we believe a diagnosis can help us understand a child’s needs, but it will never define their potential.

We don’t see children only for who they are today.

We see them for what they can become. 💙💚💗

We are so proud of all the hard work, determination and progress this little guy has made. Watching our patients grow stronger, gain confidence and reach their goals is one of the very best parts of what we do. Getting a front row seat to all of their hard work makes graduation days extra special! 🥹

Congrats to our PT Rachel Seidel Clouatre for completing Level C Dynamic Movement Intervention this week in California with the one and only Jake Kreindler, PT. Rachel marks the 3rd Triform therapist to be trained in DMI as a Level C practitioner. We still have a few spots left in the fall for intensives. Call us today to book!

We’re excited to announce that Triform Therapy is expanding our intensive therapy program to include Feeding Intensives!

Finding specialized feeding therapy for children with complex medical needs can be challenging. Our team is proud to offer individualized feeding therapy for children with a wide range of diagnoses, including oral aversions, tube feeding, dysphagia, sensory feeding difficulties and more!

Whether your child would benefit from weekly therapy or an intensive model, we’re here to help families make meaningful progress.

6️⃣ years ago today, Kirbee and I opened the door to our very first clinic—a single 10x10 treatment room. We were so proud of that space and truly thought “We made it.” Little did I know, God was only getting started.

Over the last six years, we’ve called four places home—Lobdell, Airport, Brentwood, and now Jefferson where we’ve been blessed to sign a 10 year lease. What began with just Kirbee and me has grown into something so much bigger. The first people to ever believe in what we were building was Natalie and Rachel- and we came a team of four. God’s timing seems to have been perfect all along. Adele started our OT department and Ellen became our admin/ personal everything. Next was Kameron, Erica, Virginia, Hannah, Tara, Alexa, Devon, Kayla… and this fall, we’re so excited to have Gabby join us.

Every person who has joined our team has helped shape Triform into what it is today. This clinic has never been built by one or two people… it was built by incredible individuals who took a leap of faith and believed in us. They have never worked FOR us. They work WITH us and that is the culture we have focused on.

Most importantly, thank you to the families who trusted us from the very beginning. You stood beside us through every growing pain, every move, every change, and every leap of faith. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s story. We are who we are today and do what we do today because of you. Six years later, we’re still chasing the same dream just with a lot more people beside us and an even bigger vision for what’s ahead. Here’s to six years of God’s faithfulness… and to all He still has planned for Triform. 💙🩷💚
