Such a humbling experience and opportunity to take care of one of our patients and help guide them to ultimate Health and Happiness.
Ironically - with the PANDEMIC this has been the perfect time for her to be in the best shape ever both inside and out.

“When I first came to Dr. Raina, my goal was to find a primary care physician who would listen to my concerns about my health and help me figure out my struggle with weight gain. From May until July I had gained about 25 pounds and I could not figure out why (I was already overweight without those pesky 25 pounds). Dr. Raina sat down with me, took the time to talk with me and get to know me along with my lifestyle and habits. Without her care and understanding I do not think I would be where I am today. I am much thinner, but more importantly I am healthier, happier and more confident than I have been in years. Not only has she helped me with my struggles with my weight, she has helped me with any other health concerns that I have had. She is REAL!! She speaks to you like a friend and is someone you can understand, unlike some doctors who use terminology that the average person without a medical degree would not understand. I love that about her!
