Participants attended from Iberia Medical Center, Bayou Bend Health System, Our Lady of Lourdes Health, and Ochsner University Hospital & Clinics. Sarah Templet and Yvette Legendre with LERN were joined by Mark Morris with Acadian Air Med and Christin Mohon with the Ochsner Lafayette General Trauma Program to provide this valuable trauma nursing education and hands-on learning opportunity.

❤️ It is National CPR & AED Awareness Week ❤️ This week, LERN recognizes the importance of learning lifesaving skills that can make all the difference in an emergency. Immediate CPR and the use of an AED can significantly increase a person’s chance of survival during cardiac arrest.
