Not the:
“I always get one by Wednesday.”
Not the:
“I just need more caffeine.”
Not the:
“My neck always gets tight by the end of the day.”

Headaches can happen for a lot of different reasons - stress, tension, sleep, posture habits, movement patterns, muscle tension, recovery, and more.
But because something is common doesn’t automatically make it normal.
You shouldn’t have to plan your week around headaches or keep pushing through them hoping they eventually stop.
Your body is usually communicating long before symptoms become impossible to ignore.
If headaches have become part of your routine, it may be worth paying attention to what your body is trying to tell you.
