✨ July Resident Spotlight: Clyde ✨

Clyde has been a valued member of the Whealdon community for five months and enjoys calling Whealdon home alongside his wife, Isabella.

When asked what he enjoys most about living at Whealdon, Clyde shared that he loves everything, from the food and activities to his neighbors and the wonderful staff.

Clyde and Isabella are both active members of Whealdon's Activity Committee and have truly embraced opportunities to get involved in the community. Clyde was chosen as our Resident Spotlight because of the kindness and patience he shows to those around him. You can often find him sharing fresh tomatoes with neighbors and friends!

A fun fact about Clyde is that he is a big fan of LSU sports teams of all kinds.

We are grateful to have Clyde as part of the Whealdon family and appreciate the generosity, positivity, and friendship he brings to our community each day!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: LaShare 🌟

This month, we’re excited to recognize LaShare as our Employee Spotlight!

As Whealdon Estates' new Head Chef, LaShare has quickly become a valued member of our team. Although she has been with us for only about three weeks, she has already made a wonderful impression by bringing fresh ideas, a positive attitude, and a welcoming presence to the community.

In her role as Head Chef, LaShare oversees the kitchen, leads the culinary team, plans menus, manages inventory, and helps ensure our residents enjoy delicious meals every day. Despite the demands of her position, she handles each responsibility with grace.

LaShare says her favorite part of working at Whealdon Estates has been building relationships with the residents.

🎤 She loves singing karaoke!
