This sweet child is discovering all the wonderful ways she can communicate!

With the support of her speech-language pathologist, Mrs. Emily Brakenridge, her parents and grandparents, her occupational therapist, and her daycare providers, she is learning to use Total Communication—including speech, American Sign Language, and an AAC device—to share her thoughts, wants, ideas, and, most importantly, her amazing personality!

We love seeing her discover her voice and communicate with the world around her.

🎓 SHE DID IT! 🎓
This sweet friend has officially graduated from speech therapy, and we couldn’t be more proud of her!

What a special milestone to celebrate! We are so grateful to have been a part of her journey and are honored that ABC had the opportunity to complete the circle of care for another sweet child.

A huge KUDOS to this amazing girl for all of her hard work, to her dedicated parents for their encouragement and support every step of the way, and to her wonderful speech-language pathologist, Mrs. Kylee Brasseaux, for helping her reach this exciting goal!

We love celebrating these moments—and we especially love watching our little friends discover just how much they can accomplish!

A little fun before the school-year hustle begins!

Before we jumped into another busy school year, our ABC team took some time to pause, connect, laugh, and enjoy being together!

We started the day with a delicious brunch at Spoke & Hub, catching up, enjoying good food, and celebrating the incredible team that makes ABC so special.

Then it was time to put our teamwork to the test at 13th Gate Escape! From problem-solving and communication to a whole lot of laughter, our escape room adventure reminded us that we’re even better when we work together!

At ABC, we believe that taking care of our team is an important part of taking care of the children and families we serve. We’re grateful for this amazing group of professionals—and we’re feeling refreshed, reconnected, and READY for a fantastic school year!

Here’s to another year of completing the circle of care for all children!

🎉 Congratulations to these two very special people! 🎉

One year ago, this incredible young man became Ms. Kylee's very first evaluation as a Clinical Fellow. He was also the very first child she guided from the beginning of his therapy journey all the way to achieving his goals and graduating from speech therapy.
Today, they're both celebrating major accomplishments! As this amazing student graduates from therapy, Ms. Kylee has reached an exciting milestone of her own by earning her certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Watching their journeys unfold side by side has been such a meaningful reminder of why we love what we do. We are incredibly proud of both of you and all that you've accomplished.

Congratulations on your hard work, perseverance, and success—we can't wait to see what the future holds for each of you! 💙🎉

We are incredibly thankful for our amazing Access to Better Communication team, who pour their hearts into creating fun, imaginative, and meaningful experiences for every child at our Summer Camp. Their creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication transform ordinary days into extraordinary adventures!

For three decades, we've had the privilege of helping children build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and achieve milestones that once seemed out of reach.
