Here’s the truth nobody tells you in MT school:
Being great at your craft is the starting point. Not the finish line.

The MTs who stay fully booked aren’t necessarily the most skilled. They’re the most systematic.
They have a referral pipeline. A intake process. A follow-up system. Provider relationships that send consistent clients.

We are hiring a motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join a growing clinical lymphatic practice specializing in post-operative recovery, surgical referrals, and therapeutic lymphatic care.

This is NOT a spa position.

This role is ideal for therapists who:

Requirements

Active Louisiana Massage License
-Professional, punctual, and reliable
-Willingness to follow clinic protocols exactly
-Must be comfortable working with post-operative clients

Preferred but not required:

-lymphatic certification
-medical massage background
-post-operative experience
