Our team is growing — and so is our reach!

We’re excited to welcome Abigayle Holloway, BCBA, LBA to our team as we expand services into East & West Feliciana Parishes to meet the growing need for support in these areas.

Abigayle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with four years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis across clinical, home, and community settings. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder and became a BCBA in August 2024 and an LBA in September 2024.

Abigayle has experience working with individuals ages 2–18, with a particular passion for early intervention. She loves helping clients develop meaningful skills that support independence, communication, and engagement in everyday life.

Her favorite part of her work is watching clients learn and grow through natural, enjoyable experiences—especially when they don’t even realize they’re learning! 🤍

We are thrilled to welcome Abigayle to the BGLA team and even more excited to continue growing to serve families across Louisiana!

We’re proud to continue growing our Northshore team as we welcome our newest BCBA, Larissa Powers!
Larissa began working in the field of ABA in 2020 as a therapist in a clinical setting. In 2024 she became a BCBA after earning a masters in Behaviors Analysis. Larissa has worked with children ages 2 to 11 in clinic and school settings focusing on the development of meaningful, functional skills. She is especially passionate about fostering communication, building play and social interaction skills, and teaching daily living skills that support independence and confidence. Larissa is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable learning and growing. She values strong collaboration and is committed to ensuring that skills learned during sessions can carry over into everyday life.
Larissa is accepting clients in St. Tammany parish.

Behavior analysis is the science of understanding why people do what they do and using that information to teach helpful skills and support positive change.

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is widely used to support individuals with autism, but can be effective for people of all ages and ability levels.

Through individualized, data-driven strategies, we help individuals build communication, independence, and confidence in their everyday lives.

We're proud to be part of a field that creates a lasting, meaningful impact for the individuals and families we serve.

We are thrilled to welcome Kelsey G. Hollis to our team!

Kelsey is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in Louisiana since October 2018. She earned her Master’s in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in High-Incidence Disabilities from Nicholls State University in 2018 while she gained experience providing direct behavior services in intensive clinical settings. In her 10+ years experience, Kelsey has provided both behavioral and consultative services across various settings including clinics, schools, and in homes. She has experience providing services to children between to the ages of 18 months to 16 years with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Kelsey is passionate in promoting assent based practices in her services and advocating for both her clients and their families.

Kelsey is accepting clients in Ascension and East Baton Rouge parish.
