Taking a moment to do a little self care. Phototherapy with red light is a powerful tool. My personal preference is to combine with microneedling. For lymphatic stimulation I did this while in the Ballancer®Pro - The ’Rolls-Royce’ of Lymphatic Drainage. So good for this mama and surgeon who is on her feet most of the day. Microneedling with SkinPen® and for maximum recovery and stimulation on a cellular level we topped off the treatment with ariessence.purepdgf thanks to Holly Edwards. I really appreciate when patients allow us to share their journey. It is not uncommon for implants to head south and lateralize over time. This is a function of the chest being a cylinder, loss of elasticity of the tissues with aging, sometimes the muscle action of the pectoralis. However, we can improved things and restore a youthful bust. It’s one of my favorite things to do. Please look for her intra operative results in a reel to come

And just like that, Friday becomes Friyay. Small breast augmentation for upper pole fullness with a tummy tuck to address excess skin. Love helping a mommy feel like herself again.

After an ER visit with my daughter this morn, and an afternoon of clinic, this evening is closing with Taco Bell. Just something about a veggie Mexican pizza and a diet Mountain Dew.

Another complex breast revision. So satisfying helping this patient get things back where they need to be. Implant exchange, capsulorraphy, internal bra. Now time and good support should help her heal in a place where the breast are volumized in the right places.

Revision breast implant exchange. We improved the position of these implants, by changing the plane to subglandular. We also tightened the pocket and added an internal bra. Motiva implants were used because I believe they have less rippling and maintain their shape better. We also took care of redundant skin on the abdomen after weight loss with a tummy tuck. Loving her transformation.

Ever wonder how moms do it all? This patient is 3 months post breast lift, flank lipo, and tummy tuck, a lovely mommy makeover. Sometime things just feel better with breast that are a little perkier, a tummy that is flatter, and no one misses love handles.
