Ground and Recharge: An Afterwork Mindfulness and Nervous System Support Practice with Josephine Schofield of Healing Frequencies LLC offers a chance to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself at Leila Arboretum.

Imagine finishing your workday, heading outside, finding a quiet spot at the top of the hill and simply breathing.

Through guided mindfulness techniques and nervous system support practices, you’ll explore ways to center yourself during stressful seasons of life.

The evening ends with a Divine energy bath as Josephine channels Usui Reiki, Karuna®, and Urevia® energies.
