News Release!
We are proud to announce that K-9 Handlers Sheri Roys and Larry Folk with K-9's Jynx and Ivy recently completed and passed all the requirements for NASAR Certification in Human Remains Detection Land Level III. Countless hours of study and training for the handlers and their canines, followed by written and field testing was required to reach this level of certification.

The Denison Police Department is getting ready for another exciting National Night Out, and we need your help to make it a memorable event for our community!

We’re currently seeking donations from local businesses and community members to help provide giveaways, prizes, refreshments, activities, and other fun experiences for families who attend.

Whether it’s a gift card, merchandise, coupons, or a monetary donation, every contribution—big or small—helps make this event a success and shows our community what makes Denison such a special place.

National Night Out is all about strengthening the relationship between law enforcement and the community we proudly serve, and we couldn’t do it without the incredible support of our local businesses and residents.
