Wrist injuries are incredibly common in kids - here's why.

Most frequent causes we see:
-Falls while playing (especially trying to catch themselves with outstretched hands)
-Sports activities like gymnastics, skateboarding, or bike riding
-Playground accidents - monkey bars and climbing equipment
-Trampoline mishaps
-Winter activities like sledding or ice skating

Kids are more prone to wrist injuries as it's their natural instinct is to put their hands out to break a fall, which puts all the force directly on their wrists. Their bones are also still growing, making certain types of fractures more likely.

When to bring them in:
-Significant pain that doesn't improve with rest
-Visible swelling or deformity
-Unable to move the wrist normally
-Numbness or tingling in the fingers
-Any time you're concerned about a possible fracture

We have on-site X-ray capabilities, so we can quickly determine if it's a sprain, fracture, or something that needs orthopedic follow-up.

Active kids get hurt sometimes - we're here to get them back to being active safely.

Ear health basics every parent should know.

Kids' ears are built differently than adults - their eustachian tubes are shorter and more horizontal, which is why ear issues are so common in childhood.

General ear health tips:
-Keep ears dry after baths and swimming
-Avoid putting anything small in their ear (yes, including cotton swabs)
-Teach kids to blow their nose gently, one nostril at a time
-Stay up to date on vaccinations (some prevent infections that can affect ears)

When to give us a call:
-Ear pain that's affecting sleep or daily activities
-Discharge from the ear
-Hearing seems different than usual
-Fever along with ear discomfort
-You're just worried and want professional guidance

Trust your parental instincts. If something seems off with your child's ears, we're here to help figure it out.

Nothing makes our day quite like hearing from patients who feel truly cared for.

These reviews remind us why we do what we do - creating a healthcare experience that's thorough, efficient, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish.

When Stephanie says she doesn't know what she'd do without us, or Jacqueline finds exactly the primary care she was looking for, that's the kind of trust we're honored to earn every single day.

Thank you to every patient who takes time to share their experience. Your words mean everything to our team.

Medical mystery solving is 10% Sherlock Holmes, 90% really good listening.

That weird symptom you're embarrassed to mention? That's often the clue that cracks the case. The family history you forgot about? Sometimes the missing puzzle piece.

We've learned that the most sophisticated diagnostic equipment in the world can't replace actually paying attention to what you're telling us.

So we listen first. Then we examine. Then we use our fancy machines to confirm what your story already told us.

Because the best diagnosis starts with believing that you know your own body better than anyone.

That moment when you're not sure if you need the ER or urgent care.

Here's our honest take: If you're conscious, talking, and able to drive yourself here, we can probably help you. Stitches? Absolutely. Possible broken finger? We've got you. Bad flu that has you worried? Let's check it out.

Emergency room is for the scary stuff—chest pain, difficulty breathing, major trauma, signs of stroke.

When you're genuinely unsure, call us. We'll talk through what's happening and help you decide the best place to get care. Even if that means sending you to the ER, we'd rather you get the right care than the convenient care.

Your safety always comes first, even if it means we don't get to see you.

Fun fact: The average sick person makes 2-3 stops to get better.

Doctor visit. Pharmacy. Back home. Sometimes another trip because the pharmacy doesn't have your medication in stock.

We thought that was ridiculous, especially when you're already feeling awful.

So we stocked the most commonly prescribed medications right here. Antibiotics for that sinus infection? Got 'em. Need to fight that UTI? Ready to go. Kids' fever reducer? A couple different options for you.

One visit. One location. One less thing to worry about when you're not feeling great.
Because being sick is complicated enough.
