Ten years ago today, we poured the concrete slab that would become Greg's acupuncture office.

At the time, it was simply a foundation.

Today, it's a place where thousands of patients have walked through our doors seeking relief, healing, hope, and a better quality of life.

This year also marks 20 years since Greg began practicing acupuncture in Baxley. What started with a passion for helping people has grown into two decades of serving families throughout South Georgia.

Looking back at that photo standing on a freshly poured slab, we had no idea what the next ten years would bring. We only knew we wanted to build a place where people felt welcomed, cared for, and truly listened to.

**Patient Questions**

One of the questions we hear most often is...

**"What do those cupping marks mean?"**

Those circular marks and streaks are temporary and are a normal response to cupping therapy.

Cupping works by gently lifting the tissue to encourage circulation, release stagnation, tight muscles and fascia, and support the body's natural recovery process.

The marks aren't bruises from injury—they're simply part of the body's response to the treatment and typically fade within a few days.

Everyone responds differently, and not every cupping session leaves visible marks.
