“I came to Big Stone Therapies with a broken tibia and needed screws placed in my ankle after a jump while figure skating. After surgery, I was non-weight-bearing for 6 wks. At the beginning of my recovery, the therapists taught me exercises and how to safely use both crutches. Because of the severity of my injury, I spent more than three months in physical therapy, essentially learning how to walk again.

The care I received was phenomenal. My dad had worked with the therapists before and always spoke highly of them, and now I completely understand why. From day one, they took such great care of me and provided encouragement every step of the way. They also reassured my parents that if I stayed committed to my daily exercises, I would make a full recovery.

I was fortunate to work primarily with Dave and Mel, who were both outstanding. I also appreciated Emma and Ronni whenever my regular therapists were unavailable. Everyone was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my progress.
