If you’ve taken a class with Alivia, you already know what she brings every single time: big energy, a killer playlist, plenty of encouragement, and a workout that definitely keeps you moving. 🔥🎶

From step to sculpt to special pop-ups, Alivia knows how to make a tough workout feel fun, empowering, and full of good vibes. She brings the music, the motivation, the laughs, and somehow always gets everyone to give just a little more. 💪✨
