🎓SPEECH THERAPY GRADUATE! 🎓
When Grayson was first evaluated in April 2025 at just 2 years, 8 months, he was using about 30 words—but many words would appear briefly and then disappear. His communication was difficult to understand, and his frustration often showed through behaviors like throwing, hitting, or pulling hair. At the time, a formal speech and language assessment couldn’t even be completed because he was constantly on the move, climbing, scattering toys, and having difficulty engaging in structured activities.
Fast forward 16 months… and WOW. 🥹👏
Today, Grayson is asking and answering questions, engaging in turn-taking and meaningful conversations with peers and adults, following directions, and demonstrating appropriate play skills. His communication has completely transformed, and he is now ready for his next big adventure:
🎉 Grayson is graduating from speech therapy and heading to general education preschool! 🎉
What a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. Watching a child find their voice, build confidence, and become an independent communicator is the BEST part of this job.
So proud of you, Grayson! We can’t wait to see all that you accomplish!
