Patients of the Month: Celebrating Success and Dedication!
At Paramount Rehabilitation, we are proud to recognize our amazing Patients of the Month for their hard work, perseverance, and dedication to their rehabilitation journeys!
Kurt R. came to Paramount Rehabilitation for lower extremity weakness and deconditioning. Through his hard work and dedication, Kurt can now walk farther, stand for longer and negotiate stairs. His therapist, Deven, nominated him for this recognition, highlighting that he always gives his all, has a smile on his face and has awesome stories.
Rita B. came to Paramount Rehabilitation for neck and shoulder pain. Through rehabilitation, Rita has improved her sleeping, turning to look at traffic and has less pain in her neck and arm allowing her to do more at home. Her therapist, Luke, nominated her for this honor, stating that she is always fun to work with and makes us all laugh. He reports she is a very hard worker.
Kai M. has been working hard at therapy in speech and occupational therapy. He can now request and comment more during sessions and participate more in play. His therapist, Travis, nominated him for this honor reporting that he has made a lot of progress since starting speech. He is always happy and willing to participate.
Cynthia P. has been attending therapy following a total knee replacement. Since starting therapy, she can walk farther without an assistive device, her knee feels better with activity and she has improved range of motion. Her therapist, Amanda, nominated her for this honor because she works very hard at her goals of returning to normal recreational activity. She always has a positive attitude toward therapy.

Patients of the Month: Celebrating Success and Dedication!
At Paramount Rehabilitation, we are proud to recognize our amazing Patients of the Month for their hard work, perseverance, and dedication to their rehabilitation journeys!
Ronald F. came to Paramount Rehabilitation for a reverse total shoulder replacement. Through his hard work and dedication, Ron can now put his arm all the way to his head, can move his arm forwards and sideways and can hold a pool stick now to play billiards. His therapist, Megan, nominated him for this recognition, highlighting that he has a go getter attitude and always works so hard. He is always eager to do his exercises and is a tough, hard worker.
Cynthia P. came to Paramount Rehabilitation following back surgery. Through rehabilitation, Cynthia has improved her gait and activity tolerance, can do the stairs and has better motion and improvement in her pain symptoms. Her therapist, Thomas, nominated her for this honor, stating that she is always early for appointments, always willing to try new things, pushes herself and is always fun and has a positive attitude.
Kacie L. has been working hard at therapy for a humerus fracture. She can now write on the board in class for her work, can do cooking activities and can lift up her friends child. Her therapist, Bobby, nominated her because she is a joy to work with. She has always been motivated to improve. She can play her instruments now and always had a positive attitude. He also noted that she is very resilient.
Yvonne J. has been attending therapy for balance and upper extremity weakness following a stroke. Since starting therapy, she can do dynamic balance activities without holding onto anything, can squat to pick up items from the floor without holding on, and has increased her right shoulder mobility. Her therapists, Emily and Emma, nominated her for this honor because she is very motivated to get back to her recreational activities. She always has a positive attitude and willing to work with a smile.

We’re excited to welcome Rachel, our newest Speech-Language Pathologist, to the team at Paramount Rehabilitation Services!
Rachel will be providing adult speech therapy services at our Saginaw clinic on Mondays & Wednesdays and at our Bay City East clinic on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Rachel is passionate about helping patients communicate more effectively through any means they choose. Her therapy approach is client- and family-centered, with a focus on making meaningful functional progress toward both short- and long-term goals.
We are currently accepting most private insurance plans for speech therapy services. At this time, we do not contract with Medicaid plans for ST services.
