We're honored to partner with Dr. Muhammad Asim Khan, MD, Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and the physician behind Tri-City Internists. With nearly 20 years of experience caring for adults and older adults, Dr. Khan brings extensive expertise in managing both routine health concerns and complex chronic medical conditions.
His passion for geriatric care makes him an invaluable asset to our residents. He understands the unique healthcare needs of older adults and focuses on improving quality of life through personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Dr. Khan is supported by a dedicated clinical team that provides weekly in-house rounds, allowing residents to receive timely evaluations, medication management, follow-up care, and treatment without the stress of frequent outside appointments. This collaborative approach helps identify concerns early, reduces unnecessary hospital visits, and ensures continuity of care.
Having an experienced physician and care team consistently present in our community strengthens communication between healthcare providers, nursing staff, residents, and families. Together, we work to provide proactive, coordinated care that keeps our residents healthier, more comfortable, and supported every step of the way.
