Adult & Teen Challenge of Alabama is looking for the right person to join our team full-time at our Men’s Center in Bay Minette!

This is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to be part of a ministry that walks alongside men as they find freedom, hope, and purpose through Jesus Christ.

Position responsibilities will include:
• Serving as a Life Coach to students
• Teaching within our Teen Challenge curriculum
• Assisting with administrative responsibilities
• Helping support the day-to-day needs of the program
• Building healthy relationships and helping create a strong, Christ-centered culture

🕐 Full-Time Position
🏢 Primarily regular office hours
📍 Bay Minette, Alabama
🏠 Housing available if needed

Another incredible MCS Family Day! ❤️🙌🏻

We had an amazing turnout as Bro. Jeff and Pastor Keith did a phenomenal job welcoming all of our new families. It was a blessing to see everyone gathered together and building relationships that will last a lifetime.

A huge thank you to Shotgun BBQ for providing such an incredible meal and helping make the day so special. We are truly grateful for your generosity!

Most of all we give all the glory to Jesus for making days like this possible. We are thankful for His faithfulness as we continue to Put Hope Within Reach.
