Oh. My. God. I FINALLY finished editing this! I honestly thought I could do this in an hour...one week and extra recordings later it's actually up on my YouTube channel.
In this video I talk about needles, moxibustion, and ear seeds. Stay tuned for part two where I'll go into cupping, gua sha, electrical stimulation, and liniments! Should only take another month for me to finish that...🤦‍♀️ (I'm kidding, I think)

New blog post! This one is long but it has all the information you need to know on the function and support of your immune system. This pandemic, however, shouldn't be the only reason why we take care of and protect our bodies. Apply this and the information I shared in my prevention post ("It's coronavirus, not The Hunger Games") everyday and we can help lessen the impact of future pandemics and flu seasons alike. Let's make better choices and work together to make this world a safer place!

We all know that a good offense is the best defense. Prevention is the best medicine, but when someone straight up coughs in your face, your immune system is the first line of defense, medicine...

New blog post on bonding through social distancing! That may seem counterintuitive but social distancing has created an opportunity for us to support each other in new ways. We will work through this together!

As I mentioned in my last post, the silver lining of COVID-19 is how it's bringing us together in new ways. However, it may be difficult to find those new ways with limited interaction. So, here's a...

Chinese medicine offers a different view of disease. In this time of confusion, I think it will shed some much needed light on a dark situation. Check out my latest blog post for more!

My teacher describes all disease as an opportunity for change. I heard someone else described coronavirus as mother earth putting us all in a time-out to think about what we've done. I think they're...

Home remedies for the Coronavirus!

If you're feeling sick, the safest thing for you to do at this time is to stay home and manage the symptoms. According to the World Health Organization, about 80% recover from the disease without needing special treatment. Let's save the hospital beds and exam rooms for those who are considered to be high risk: the elderly and those with chronic underlying conditions such as heart problems, respiratory disease, or diabetes.

If your symptoms do become severe (shortness of breath, cough, and fever are your most telling signs), notify your doctor for further instructions.

New blog post on my website! Yes, this is a pandemic, but it's also one that is ridiculously easy to prevent if everyone can calm down long enough to get properly informed:..
if you're not feeling well! If you must leave, cover your nose and mouth with your elbow when coughing or sneezing to prevent the spread of the virus...
For those of you who are feeling well and wish to protect yourselves, ! You can also strengthen your body and your immune system by drinking plenty of water, eating your veggies, getting adequate rest and exercise, and paying a visit to your friendly neighborhood acupuncturists to get balanced and back in top working order...
It's that simple! You can find more details in my blog and through the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization's websites. The and are our most reliable sources of information at this time, not what your great aunt heard at bingo or what "they said on the TV". Stay properly informed because knowledge is our most powerful weapon!..
Please think of your healthcare professionals and emergency service providers when making purchases for things like masks and gloves. You are not in constant contact with the virus, they are. Supplies are currently being rationed in hospitals and throughout emergency services and they need that protection more than you.

In light of Earth being cancelled, I thought it would be prudent to talk about everyone's favorite topic: coronavirus. First things first, turn off the news, and visit the Center of Diesease...

This was a hard one to write, but an important one nonetheless.

RIP Mr. Frank Ohman. You will forever be loved and terribly missed.

On Monday, July 22nd, I walked into the Frank Ohman School of Ballet with every intention to take class with my teacher and mentor of 24 years, Frank Ohman. But he didn't show. Words can't...
