School bus reminder: If a school bus has its red flashers on, traffic has to stop in BOTH directions on an undivided road, 20 feet away from the school bus. The stop sign does not have to be extended from the bus just the flashers. This law changed in March 2026.

Never forget 9/11 and those that lost their lives that day. Plus, honoring all those who helped that day and months that followed.

It just didn't end that day, there were also people who passed away later from health complications due to cleaning up the devastation those buildings.

5 breaths to reset your nervous system.

Stress shows up in your body as tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, and shallow breathing.

Try this: in through the nose for 4 counts, out through the mouth for 6. Repeat 5 times. The longer exhale tells your nervous system: "you're safe.
